I have nothing to go on with this picture. It was taken by Masten (Stephen L) in Weir City, Kansas. Masten was In business in Weir City from approximately 1896 to 1907 when he moved his home and business five miles away to Cherokee, Kansas where he continued his photography studio until about two years prior to his death in 1922 at the age of 83.
Does anyone recognize this fellow?
